Doctor Lucky's "Button Murderers" deck contains 18 new Button Men characters from the Kill Doctor Lucky series of games. These characters have a new die type, "Lucky Dice," which you can re-roll if you don't like their first result! [1]
This set was a stretch goal for one of Cheapass Games's kickstarters, and was released in September of 2018 and available exclusively via Drive Thru Cards for approximately one year. The set had originally been announced as an additional set for the Free Edition of Button Men, but this never happened.[2] On May 22nd, 2021, Greater than Games provided this wiki permission to post the the original print files for Button Murderers.
