Seven Deadly Sins is the second set of buttons that were created by Dana Huyler on the original Button Men Online website. Huyler had this to offer about the design/development of the set:
Seven Deadly Sins started with Sloth, all twin dice was easy to come up with and the rest was me thinking about how to do the rest. I had played around with other combinations and needed a set. Sloth was a good name, so I needed the other Sins. Sins had no theme other than trying to find something that worked for the names. There was nothing religious for the Sins or the Four Horsemen. We just needed well-known set themes.
